Summary:The essential purpose of this research study is determine the impact of exercise on the cognitive function and mental health in the older adults. This research study based on the primary research data analysis for this purpose develop different questions related to variables included dependent and independent. The exercise on cognitive function is main independent variable the mental health considers as dependent variable. For measuring the research study data present that open ended and closed ended questions related to them. For measuring the research study used SPSS software and generate informative result related to the variables. The descriptive statistical analysis, the regression analysis, the variance analysis also that one-way ANOVA test analysis, the result also describe graphical test related to exercise on cognitive function and mental health. The overall result founded that positive and significant impact of exercise on cognitive function and mental health in older adults.
