Summary:A study in a multiple-factor stationary field experiment with 16 NPK variants on background with and without annual fertilization with manure has been carried out. The chromium content in the roots of radish, cultivar Red with white tails, was determined by a new extraction-photometric method with Tetrazol Violet. Chromium has also been determined by the atomic-emission method, in order to compare the results. It was established that fertilization has an effect upon the chromium content in the roots of radish [E' stato effettuato uno studio, in un esperimento di campo multifattoriale, con 16 varianti NPK con e senza concimazione annuale con letame. Il contenuto di cromo delle radici di ravanello, cultivar Red con fittoni bianchi, e' stato determinato con un nuovo metodo fotometrico a estrazione con Tetrazolo Violetto. Per poter paragonare i risultati il cromo e' stato anche determinato con il metodo della emissione atomica. Si e' stabilito che la concimazione influenza il contenuto di cromo delle radici nel ravanello]
