Summary: | The service period was 94,90 and 82 days for cows with BCS ranges of 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.99 and 4-0.-4.49, respectively and it was also observed that BCS had no significant effect on service period. However, overconditioned cows had a marginal decline in service period. The efforts are required for shortening of the service period to ideal.
