Summary:In drained areas the accelerated materials movement in correlation with the accelerated water movement is the typical characteristics. Besides the material movement which is favourable for the soil formation processes (leaching of the unwanted salts), the downward movement of the applied nutrient also have to be taken into consideration. According to our results a more extensive leaching of the materials can be expected when the drains applied in 90 cm deep in the soil. We experienced working of shallow drains, when the winter precipitation (from October to March) was more than 150-180 mm. Our results in this field using clear measurements of input and output data can specify the determination of material movement of nutrients and mezoelements. The kation carried out by the drain waters can prove good results of the parameters especially when there are high concentration of soluble salts in the soil
