Summary: | Engineering collaborations with medicine have led to exciting ways to solve complex physiological problems with computational information. This type of collaboration requires a common platform for effective and efficient information expression. There is also a need for automation to minimize the time necessary to translate between different fields of study. To fit this need, Walk-In Brain is a software that can visualize medical imaging data alongside anatomical reconstructions, simulation results, and medical device models. In this chapter, the utilities and methodology of such a software will be explained. |
