Summary:A sickle cell crisis can occur during cardiopulmonary bypass for cardiac surgical procedures in patients with sickle cell hemoglobin, which could lead to hemolysis. There is a dearth of such reports from the Arab world. We hereby present two cases from Oman with subclinical sickle cell crisis during cardiopulmonary bypass. The timely detection and early management resulted in good outcome. The good clinical practice for management of such patients is also discussed. يمكن أن تحدث أزمة الخلية المنجلية أثناء المجازة القلبية الرئوية لعمليات القلب الجراحية للمرضى الذين يعانون من هيموجلوبين الخلية المنجلية مما قد يؤدي إلى تحلل خلايا الدم الحمراء، هناك القليل من هذه التقارير في العالم العربي، نقدم هنا حالتين من عمان يعانيان من أزمة الخلية المنجلية دون السريرية أثناء المجازة القلبية الرئوية. إكتشاف الحالة في الوقت المناسب و إجراء اللازم بشكل مبكر يؤديان إلى نتائج جيدة. تمت أيضا مناقشة الممارسة السريرية الجيدة لعلاج مثل هؤلاء المرضى.
