Summary:The purpose of this study is to validate the operation systems of the school affiliated to national university by using the structural equation model and to compare the operation systems of the elementary school and middle and high school affiliated to national university. The subjects of the study were 855 teachers. AMOS 20.0 was employed to analyze the data. The results are as follows: Firstly, the conformity of the operation systems of the school affiliated to national university was validated by using a structural equation model. Second, there were significant differences between the operation systems of the elementary school and middle and high school. Support of the City and Provincial Office and autonomy of the school affiliated to national university gave the direct impact, support of university gave the indirect impact on the elementary school's research and practice functions. And cooperation of university and school gave the direct impact, support of university gave the indirect impact on the middle and high school's research and practice functions.
