Intraocular pressure-induced interlamellar keratitis after LASIK surgery

The postoperative course was complicated by markedly elevated intraocular pressure beginning 1 week postoperatively, induced by topical corticosteroid drops that were used to treat what appeared to be diffuse lamellar keratitis.
