특수목적언어, 교양과목 및 전공과목의 융복합 프로그램 구성과 운영에 관한 연구 ― 국내 중국인유학생을 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 국내대학에서 중국인유학생들을 교육수요자로 설정하여 이들에게 맞춤형의 융복합 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 기존의 전통적인 학과제도만으로는 다양한 경제적, 사회문화적인 수요를 충족할 수 없기 때문에 국내대학들은 학제 간의 융복합을 통하여 시대와 사회의 다양한 수요를 충족할 수 있는 교과목, 또는 프로그램을 창출하여야 한다. 또한 국내대학에서 특정국가의 유학생들만을 대상으로 하는 학부, 또는 학과를 독립적으로 개설, 운영하는 것은 불가능하다. 따라서 국내 중국인유학생을 위한 특수목적언어, 교양과목 및 전공과목의 융복합 프로그램이 구성되고 운영되어야 하는 것이다. 학사지도교수제도와 커리어코칭제도가 상호보완되어 통합된다면, 특수목적언어, 교양과목, 전공과목 및 융복합 교과목의 연계를 통한 융복합 프로그램이 보다 더 효과적으로 운영될 것이다. 학사지도교수제도를 통하여 학사전반의 지도가 이루어지고, 커리어코칭에 따라 진로 및 적성에 대한 컨설팅이 제공될 때에 국내 중국인유학생들에게 적합한 맞춤형 패키지 프로그램이 구성되고, 융복합 프로그램이 목적에 맞게 구성되고 운영될 것으로 본다. 본 논문에서는 국내 중국인유학생을 위한 융복합 프로그램으로 한국학전공, 빅데이터전공, 그리고 중국회계 및 세무전공과 중국공인회계사 취득과정을, 지원제도 방안으로는 중국내 역유학제도를 제시하였다. 국내외에서 중국인유학생을 위한 융복합 프로그램 하에 특수목적언어, 교양과목을 비롯하여 부전공, 연계전공, 자기설계전공 등 다양한 형태의 전공이 효과적으로 운영된다면, 국내 중국인유학생들을 위한 중국과 한국에서의 사회적 수요의 충족과 취업 등 제반 문제를 해결하는 데에도 기여할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to present a methodology of providing customized convergence-based programs to Chinese students studying in Korea, setting them as education consumers in Korea. Universities in Korea should create subjects, or programs which fulfill various demands of times and society through interdisciplinary convergences because the existing faculties or departments of traditional concepts in universities in Korea can not satisfy various demands in economic and social and cultural aspects. Additionally, it is impossible to operate independent faculties or departments only for the students from abroad. Accordingly, convergence-based programs consisting of language for specific purposes, general education and major subjects, and convergence-based subjects should be combined and operated. If both the academic advisory system and the career coaching system are integrated, complementing each other, convergence-based programs in linkage with language for specific purposes, general education and major subjects, and convergence-based subjects will be operated more effectively. When all the academic affairs will be guided by the academic advisory system, and the consulting on the students' career and aptitude will be provided through the career coaching system, appropriate package programs customized for Chinese students studying in Korea will be combined, and convergence-based programs will be operated in accordance with their purposes.
