论中国朝鲜族非物质文化遗产的法律保护

延边朝鲜族自治州是中国朝鲜族主要聚居地。中国朝鲜族非物质文化遗产的保护取得了很大的成绩。从2005年开始，延边州全面开展了非物质文化遗产普查工作。2006年以朝鲜族象帽舞为首的17个项目被列入国家级非遗名录。同时，许多中国朝鲜族非物质文化遗产也濒临消亡。目前中国朝鲜族非物质文化遗产保护的法律体系主要由宪法、民族区域自治法、非物质文化保护法等法律以及行政法规、部门规章、单行条例等。要提高公民非物质文化遗产保护的法律意识，严格依法保护，使得中国朝鲜族非物质文化遗产能得到传承和发展。 Yanbian Korean-Chinese autonomous prefecture is the main settlement of the Korean-Chinese ethnic minority in China.
