Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm secondary to cardiac stab wound: Successful repair in a thirteen year old girl
A case of successful surgical treatment of a pseudoaneurysm of the left ventricle secondary to stab wound in a 13 year old girl is presented, and the importance of the long term follow-up is stressed. The problem of differentiating true aneurysm of the ventricle from pseudoaneurysm is discussed.
