Fibrosarcoma of the mandible: Report of a case

The treatment and course of a fibrosarcoma of the mandible are described. The initial diagnosis of benign tumor encouraged conservative treatment. Recurrence and subsequent re-examination of original slides demonstrated the presence of fibrosarcoma requiring radical exision.
