Pressure effect on the competing charge ordered states in θ -(BEDT-TTF) 2CsZn(SCN) 4

The pressure effect on the competing charge ordered states in θ -(BEDT-TTF) 2CsZn(SCN) 4 was investigated by X-ray diffraction method. Under 1.1 GPa, the threefold long range ordered superstructure with the wave vector q 1=( − 2 3 0 1 3 ) was detected below 240 K, and the twofold charge ordering wit...

Summary:The pressure effect on the competing charge ordered states in θ -(BEDT-TTF) 2CsZn(SCN) 4 was investigated by X-ray diffraction method. Under 1.1 GPa, the threefold long range ordered superstructure with the wave vector q 1=( − 2 3 0 1 3 ) was detected below 240 K, and the twofold charge ordering with the wave vector q 2=(0 0 1 2 ) was suppressed from 3 to 300 K by the pressure.
