Summary:Lymphocytic gastritis is a newly described entity (1985) in which pathophysiology is unclear. We report a case of 49 years-old female who associated Sjögren disease and lymphocytic gastritis. Lymphocytic exocytosis was closely alike in both gastric and salivary mucosae. Among this data, we assume that the both entity may have the same pathophysiology pathway. Further studies remain necessary to confirm our hypothesis.
