Summary:The latest incidents demonstrating human beings' inhumanity to their fellow human beings have given impetus to dissect the connection between critical revolutionary pedagogy and the idea of pedagogical love. In this essay we attempt to answer the following questions: How do these two pedagogies complement each other? What can they offer for today's education curriculum? Education can become a feel good factor through the profound internalization of pedagogical love that speaks for interdependence--the recognition and acceptance that we need others. Teachers have to believe in their work as educators and endeavor to build a nurturing environment and a more humane world. Finally, radical educators and teachers will need to seek a new way of doing education, starting with "educating the educators". As a conclusion, the need to discuss the practical implementation has also been recognized: the need for defining an action oriented critical revolutionary pedagogical theory spiced with pedagogical love.
