Summary:A comprehensive research methodology and kinetic criteria for evaluating friction and wear processes have been proposed, mainly for heavily loaded tribo couplings of car parts. The construction of a universal friction machine for the study of tribobonding samples and parts has been presented. The nature of the interaction between the values of wear intensity, the contact electrical resistance of triboconjugation of samples and parts, and the type of dissipative secondary structures on the friction surfaces has been investigated. The results on the control of time parameters of dissipative secondary structures and oil layers in tribocouples of samples and parts have been obtained.
