Summary:Increasing the job performance of the workers is one of the most critical success factors for the manager of the recent times who want to have a sustainable competitiveness. There are a lot of factors which have increasing effect on job performance of workers. Optimising and clarifying of these factors will help the managers to solve this problem. The development culture, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and trust factors which are thought to have mediating factor on job satisfaction are held in this study. The aim of the study is the modelling of the job performance increasing factors that are important for the managers. It was seen that the development culture and perceived organizational support have affected the job satisfaction and job performance with a positive and significant way. Additionally the trust has a partially mediating role on the development culture and perceived organizational support over both job performance and job satistfation of the workers. Of all these variables, the best structural equation modeling was made by path analysis and some suggestions were made for the managers.
