Summary:Submarine groundwater discharge(SGD) is an important natural process of land-ocean interactions in the costal zone. This thesis systematically introduced the occurrence and quantificational measurements of SGD. Via hydrographic calculation and field investigation. The regional submarine groundwater discharge flux is estimated and the nutrients differences between seawater and groundwater is analyzed. And based on this, the potential effect of SGD to near shore marine ecological environment is discussed. It has an important theoretical and practical significance to correctly distinguish the sources of nutrients in coastal ocean and to understand the cause of the frequent outbreaks of red tide algae proliferation incidents in China's coastal waters.
