Summary: | The generation of correct strategies in a context where the industrial retail competitivity is characterized by products as well as services, is an essential element to assure the companies sustainability and profitability. This path allows the understanding of the complex consumer's behaviour that remains relevant since it forms a basis for a reliable decision taking. Considering the previous information, this study will establish through a relationship model, how the quality which a client receives while buying in a supermarket influences his satisfaction. Moreover it shows if this will generate a positive attitude in long terms, or so called customers loyalty.
La generación de estrategias correctas en un contexto donde la competitividad de la industria del retail está marcada tanto en productos como en servicio, es un elemento vital para asegurar la sustentabilidad y rentabilidad de las empresas. En este sentido, la comprensión del complejo comportamiento del consumidor, se torna relevante pues
constituye una base fiable para la toma de decisiones. En base a lo anterior, este estudio establecerá mediante un modelo de relaciones, como la calidad percibida por un cliente de un supermercado en el acto de compra, influencia su satisfacción y esta a la vez genera una actitud positiva a largo plazo o también llamada lealtad. |
