Summary:The authors overviewed particular features of TKA in patients with valgus deformity. The questions of epidemiology, distinctive bone and soft tissues abnormalities, optimal surgical approaches and deformity correction methods, as well as treatment results and complications were discussed. Authors came to the conclusion of lacking commonly accepted and reliable algorithm that would help the surgeons to deal with valgus knee in TKA.
