Summary:Introduction: Futsal is a sport that has been professionalized in most countries because of massive practice, this requires coaches to have tools that provide information about tactical-technical situations to help players resolve in the best way the complex interactions present in a match. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the offensive actions that resulted in goals, determining the period of the scoring, the goals in situations of set pieces or in movement, the effectiveness of each team, the distance, and the zone of the annotations in the final phases of the Conmebol Libertadores Futsal Cup, Uruguay 2021. Method: Descriptive and observational study. The sample was made up of 42 goals scored in eight games of the decisive phases of the championship: quarterfinals, semifinals, third place and final. Results: The highest percentage of goals (38%) was recorded in the third period of each game time (10:01-15:00 and 30:01-35:00); each period lasted five minutes, in total four periods for each playing time. 76% of the goals were the product of positional attack, counterattack, throw-in, and corner kick. The top four teams had an effectiveness close to 18% while the bottom four teams in the standings had an effectiveness close to 6%. The goals that had the highest record were made in the central corridor specifically in a distance less than 6 m or greater than 10 m with 74% of the total goals. Conclusion: The results provide valuable information to coaches of offensive situations to adjust training programs and game strategies in coherence with the characteristics of the highest competition in Latin America.
