Summary: | Cooperative learning is considered by several authors as a method that helps to develop the potential to work as a team through a form of social organization of the group that allows each team member to develop capabilities, skills and values based on their own potentialities, the same which were identified and maximized by the teacher intentionally to ensure a correct team cohesion. An experience was realized in the subject of Private International Law, where there is evidenced, according to the assessments of the methodological team, that the students developed skills in oral and written speech, while improving the relationships of interdependence with their peers with developed skills. They were more responsible for the development of the task, so fundamental aspects were developed in the exercise of Law. |
