Summary:As a result of the changes in higher education, universities are utilizing business intelligence and analytics applications, which are private-sector practices. This study aimed to determine the extent of the use of business intelligence and analytics applications at Turkish universities. For this purpose, case studies were conducted at 12 Turkish universities that have different characteristics. Case studies were conducted face to face as semi-structured interviews.
