Summary: | Fish transport was related to the anesthesia method. Anesthesia aims to reduce metabolism or activity (sedatives). High metabolism during transportation can be minimized using the imotilization method. The purpose of this study was to obtain the combined effect of senduduk putih leaves (Melastoma decemfidum) and purple senduduk leaves (Melastoma malabatricum L.) during fainting, life recovery and graduation from indigo (Oreochromis niloticus). The research stage includes preparation of raw materials, extraction of senduduk leaves, riveting processes and testing of water quality and observing fish behavior. The results of temperature, DO, pH, and TAN before stunning were 28.81oC, 3.63 mg/L, 6.11, 0.06 mg / L. While the results of temperature, DO, pH, and TAN after stunning were 26.35oC, 3.60 mg/L L, 0.29 mg/L. This study was analyzed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). |
