Multiple coronary aneurysms manifesting as acute coronary syndrome-NSTEMI

Coronary artery ectasia (CAE) represents a form of atherosclerotic coronary artery disease seen in 3–8% of patients undergoing coronary angiography. Here we describe a case of multiple coronary aneurysms who presented with acute coronary syndrome-non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI).
