Summary:It is indicated that the financial and economic sector of Ukraine faces a high level of crime, which creates serious challenges for the national economy. Forensic economic examination is a critically important tool for effective counteraction to such offenses. Today, the issue of not only improving the quality of expert studies themselves, but also establishing more effective communication between entities involved in the expert process is becoming more relevant. The article examines the relevance and role of forensic economic examination in the context of the growth of crime in the financial and economic sphere of Ukraine, which accompanies the general unstable economic state of the state. The dynamics of demand for such examinations are analyzed. The work focuses on the need to improve the quality of preparation for the appointment of an examination, in particular through a clear formulation of the expert task, preliminary consultation with experts and full provision of materials for analysis. The authors argue the importance of improving communication between all participants in the expert process – from investigators and judges to experts and representatives of the public. A set of measures aimed at improving institutional and interpersonal interaction is proposed, including the creation of a single information platform, unification of terminology, the formation of a professional culture of communication, as well as the implementation of feedback mechanisms. In order to increase the effectiveness of cooperation, an index model for evaluating interaction has been introduced, which involves determining coefficients at three key levels: integration, communication and institutional. The proposed approaches are of practical importance for optimizing the work of forensic institutions, increasing the objectivity of conclusions and strengthening public trust in expert activities. The article is aimed at specialists in the field of law, economics, forensics and public administration, as well as representatives of civil society who are interested in the development of transparent and effective justice mechanisms.
