Summary:Network meta-analysis (NMA) is an advanced statistical method that extends beyond traditional pairwise meta-analysis by allowing the simultaneous comparison of multiple interventions using both direct and indirect evidence. This approach is increasingly crucial in guideline development and policy making, as it provides a comprehensive view of treatment effects across various interventions.
