Summary:Combined the optimization mathematical theory with Matlab,and put this method into the process of two-stage helical cylindrical gear reducer design.During the optimal design process of two-stage helical cylindrical gear reducer,the objective function is minimum and the constraint conditions are put forward,and the given design examples are optimized,the optimization scheme is obtained.Compared with the original design scheme,the volume of new design scheme is reduced by 25.02%,so the effect of optimization is significant.
