Summary: | The solid model of the system of double cardan joint is built through Pro/Engineer,then it is imported into ADAMS to take the dynamic simulation analysis.For the model which does not contain joint clearance,the proper restrain is added according to actual condition,for the model which does contain joint clearance,the dynamic simulation is taken after setting proper contact force parameters according to Hertz theory.Comparing the difference of the result between the simulation which contain joint clearance or not and the result between the simulation which contain different joint clearance,the joint clearance influence to the operating performance of the system of double cardan joint is obtained. |
