45岁及以上肢体残疾患者抑郁症状及相关因素——2013年“中国健康与养老追踪调查”数据分析

Summary: | 目的:了解肢体残疾患者抑郁症状水平及其相关因素,为促进肢体残疾者心理健康提供依据。方法:数据来源于2013年“中国健康与养老追踪调查”,选择自报有肢体残疾者作为研究对象,经过筛选共得到有效样本974例,平均年龄(62±10)岁,采用流调中心抑郁量表(The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,CES-D)得分评定抑郁症状,10分及以上认为有抑郁症状。研究自变量包括年龄、性别、受教育程度、婚姻状况、城乡、自评总体健康、自评听力、自评记忆力、生活满意度、吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时长、慢性病、日常生活自理能力、社会活动度、家庭支持和致残时间。采用χ~2检验进行单因素分析,采用二分类logistic回归将单因素分析有意义的自变量纳入多因素分析。结果:肢体残疾患者抑郁症状检出率为46.1%。女性、非在婚、患慢性病、无家庭支持、睡眠时长较短组抑郁症状检出率高于对照组(OR=1.35、1.62、1.60、1.67、2.58,均P〈0.05),自评总体健康好、自评听力好、自评记忆力好、生活极度满意组抑郁症状检出率低于对照组(OR=0.38、0.53、0.47、0.09,均P〈0.05)。结论:本研究提示45岁及以上肢体残疾患者抑郁症状检出率较高,应采取措施减少肢体残疾患者情绪问题。 |
