Summary: | As an educator, the responsibilities of lecturers are demanded on three things, known as the tri dharma of higher education. A lecturer must be able to make a real contribution to students. Not only to students but also required to be able to cooperate well with the institutions where the lecturers serve. In order for the performance of a lecturer to be better, then, in this case, the educational institution can conduct a performance appraisal of the lecturers at the institute. Effective assessment is certainly needed so that the results obtained are better and more appropriate. For this reason, the writer tries to use the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) and Centroid Rank Order (ROC) methods in evaluating the performance of lecturers at STMIK Budi Darma. |
