LIPID AND GLUCOSE LEVELS IN THE RATS BLOOD SERUM UNDER THE STRESS-INDUCED HYPERTENSION AND AFTER THE ADMINISTRATION OF CRYOPRESERVED CORD BLOOD

It was shown that in young and old male rats against the background of experimentally inducedhypertension were significantly increased levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density andvery low density lipoproteids, which confirms the presence and progression of this disease in animals.Inject...

Summary:It was shown that in young and old male rats against the background of experimentally inducedhypertension were significantly increased levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density andvery low density lipoproteids, which confirms the presence and progression of this disease in animals.Injection of cryopreserved nucleated cells of cord blood to hypertensive animals is accompanied bynormalization of the lipid profile, decrease of atherogenic index. The experimental data indicate thepossibility of correction of lipid profile of animals with hypertension on account of the influence ofanti-atherogenic properties of cryopreserved preparation of cord blood.
