[...]this study was conducted with the objectives of analyzing the common prescription errors, creating awareness among the interns regarding the new prescription format, and suggesting ways to minimize the prescription errors and to encourage the rational use of medicines among interns. MATERIALS AND METHODS This study was an analytical cross-sectional study conducted among the interns of a medical college for a period of 3 months.
