MesPX 2 /IsPX 2 as Precursors for the Preparation of Phosphasilenes
Abstract The one‐pot reaction of L 1 SiCl (L 1 =PhC(N t Bu) 2 ) with MesPX 2 /IsPX 2 (X=Cl, Br; Is=2,4,6‐ i Pr 3 C 6 H 2 , Mes=2,4,6‐Me 3 C 6 H 2 ) in the presence of KC 8 yielded two phosphasilene compounds L 1 Si(Cl)=PIs ( 1 ) and L 1 Si(Cl)=PMes ( 2 ) with interesting Cl−Si=P characteristics.
