Summary:Today, compliance with technological innovations is very important for organizations and businesses in a competitive environment. For the developing technologies in the tourism sector, trained manpower is needed. In this direction, the aim of the study is to subject the theses published in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) until 2022, examining the attitudes and perceptions of "Human Resources in the Field of Gastronomy with Developing Technologies", in terms of various parameters, to bibliometric analysis. By using content analyzes of 5 postgraduate theses written until 2022 from the YÖK thesis database written in the field of human resources management and technology, the questions to be answered were tried to be answered with the help of different variables (gender, study method, type of thesis, type of consultant, etc.). As a result of the findings, the results obtained based on basic criteria such as the study method, type of thesis, number of pages, and gender of the authors were shared. The averages of the research findings obtained by performing content analysis were found using the SPSS program. According to the results of the analysis, no significant difference was found between only the type of thesis and the method of study. In the literature review, it has been observed that the thesis work on human resources management and developing technologies in the field of gastronomy is not sufficient.
