Summary:This project intended to utilise the screen printing medium to depict the facial gesture of extended sorrow. The process of making this artwork began with the subject, which involved the Analysis of related artworks with the methodology of Feldman theory, followed by the visual data collection, which supported the creation of artwork that expressed the facial gestures of extended sorrow through an in-depth screen printing process. This project contributed potential artistic work that expressed the idea within the media and developed a specific four-color separation technique that utilised the medium into a realistic photo style in contemporary printmaking.
