新常态背景下公共数字图书馆特色资源建设的发展对策研究

Public digital library service system mainly refers to the digitization of book resource, borrowing process and circu- lation process based on infrastructure library construction. And new normal mainly refers to the economic structure transformation, low growth of economy and upgrading innovation mode. Therefore, public digital library service system has provided the basis infrastructure condition for new normal, and new normal has also provided the back- ground and support for public digital library service system, they influenced each other and complemented each oth- er. Under the background of new normal, what is the problem in the construction of public digital library and which should be taken into account for the new development mode have been proposed. Based on the construction status, this paper put forward some suggestions on how to construct the public digital library in China.
