公共图书馆对政府信息公开的保障作用
政府信息公开制度是政府为了保障公民的知情权而以法律形式确定的权利制度,然而在此过程中产生的信息寻租现象极大地损害了公民该项权利。图书馆在公共文化体系中扮演着保障公共信息得以普遍均等传递的重要角色,对遭遇信息寻租的政府信息公开制度有相当的保障作用。文章概述了信息寻租对政府信息公开造成的影响,分析了图书馆对此制度的保障作用。...
