数字图书馆信息资源建设中的网络知识产权保护及对策研究

在阐述网络知识产权内涵与特征的基础上,对数字图书馆在信息资源建设过程中所涉及的网络知识产权保护的相关问题进行了分析,提出了数字图书馆信息资源建设中关于网络知识产权保护的对策与建议。
