数字化信息资源共建共享机制研究
数字化信息资源是图书馆信息资源的重要组成部分。在信息风暴的时代,数字资源最大限度的共建与共享成为迫切的要求,是图书馆发展的重要筹码。因此,建立一套切实可行的共建共享机制是迎合时代的需求。基于此,笔者提出了通过建立示范中心运作管理,搭建事务共享、信息通用的共享平台,建立一个统一有效的共享管理平台来实现数字化信息资源共建共享的机制,使得资源得以最大限度的统一整合,实现数字化信息资源的合理配置与优化共享。...
