Aiming at the implementation status about professional qualification system of publishing personnel in China, this paper analyzed the existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures from strengthening propaganda to ex- pand its influence, increasing training and other measures to improve the pass rate, strengthening certificate supervi- sion, integrating with degree education, reinforcing continuing education, giving full play to the publishing industry organizations.
