基于“代明环”管理过程理论的高校图书馆学科服务采访工作
通过分析高校图书采访工作流程及学科化服务的理念,运用＂代明环＂管理过程理论过程针对高校图书馆各个采访阶段实际情况进行分析,提出合理、系统的措施及科学的评价方法与指标,以期对高校图书采购质量进行有效的监控。
