基于“代明环”管理过程理论的高校图书馆学科服务采访工作

通过分析高校图书采访工作流程及学科化服务的理念,运用"代明环"管理过程理论过程针对高校图书馆各个采访阶段实际情况进行分析,提出合理、系统的措施及科学的评价方法与指标,以期对高校图书采购质量进行有效的监控。

Through the analysis of university library' book acquisition process and subject service concept,the paper used Deming Ring management process theory to analyze the different acquisition stages of university library,and proposed reasonable and systematic measures and scientific evaluation methods and indicators to monitor the quality of book acquisition.
