黑龙江省图书馆参考咨询协作平台建设实践与研究

The reference service of library is realized through the coordination among different libraries, according to their strengths on information resource and talents, which can provide all-weather reference service to users. Through establishing reference and collaboration platform, library can improve its own competitive strength and reduce the service time pressure. This paper analyzed the status of library reference service, and expounded the construction situation about the reference and collaboration platform of Heilongjiang Provincial Library, and pointed out the construction rules, and made some exploration.
