高校图书馆信息共享空间服务质量评估研究——以浙江大学为例

回顾相关研究，修正并提出了包括“实体空间”“信息控制”和“服务效果”三个层面21个指标的图书馆信息共享空间服务质量评估指标体系，并在此基础上，通过问卷调查和访谈等方法，对浙江大学图书馆信息共享空间的用户使用模式和满意度等进行了评估。研究发现，信息共享空间用户群体主要为低年级本科生，用户到信息共享空间主要从事自修、利用设施设备和小组研讨活动。信息共享空间得到了用户的认可和欢迎，但是满意度有待提升。用户对实体空间层面的重要性期望和满意度评价最高，其次为信息控制层面，服务效果层面评价最差，资源和服务提供不足似乎成为制约信息共享空间发展的瓶颈。建议图书馆减少噪音，将讨论区和学习区有效隔离，加强共享空间...

This study built up a service quality assessment system for information commons of academic library, which included three levels of ＂IC as place＂, ＂information control＂ and ＂service effect＂ and 21 indexes. Based on the system, it evaluated and analyzed usage patterns and satisfaction degree of information commons of Zhejiang University library through questionnaire survey and interview. It then found that the main user group was the first year and second year undergradutes with quiet study, computer and Internet access, and collaborative study as major purposes. Information commons were welcomed by university students, yet the general satisfaction level needed to be improved. IC as physical place were most valued followed by the information control, while the service effectiveness level was perceived as the worst. Lack of resources and service delivery seemed to severely constrain further development
