Bibliography:Since direct selling model was introduced in China in 1990 s, problems and disputes caused by ille-gal pyramid selling have appeared frequently .Illegal activities of licensed direct selling enterprises also happen oc-casionally .Therefore , how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses of this selling model has been an issue that the government , direct selling enterprises and academic field pay close attention to .In this paper , seven topics related to enterprises in China are discussed in a strategic view of sustainable development .
