紫外线位置对循环水养殖半滑舌鳎水环境及生长影响
本文研究了紫外线杀菌消毒装置布设在生物滤池前端和后端,对半滑舌鳎循环水养殖系统水环境及鱼类生长的影响情况。结果表明:a.紫外线装置布设位置的改变与细菌、弧菌的灭杀效果无显著影响(P〉0.05),但对养殖池中的细菌、弧菌数量有显著的影响(P〈0.05);b.后置时生物滤池对NH4^+-N、NO2^--N、COD的去除率分别为35.81%、6.67%、12.00%低于前置时的51.51%、11.54%、42.45%;c.前置时养殖池内氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的平均浓度分别比后置组低9.7%、21.6%;d.紫外线装置布设位置的改变对半滑舌鳎的生长速度有显著影响(P〈0.05),前置和后置的特定生长率(SG...
