Summary:Leukocytoclastic vasculitis is a rare cutaneous manifestation in multiple myeloma and only twenty cases have been described to date. We report an unusual case with kappa IgA multiple myeloma in a 63 years old woman presented with leukocytoclastic vasculitis type of digital necrosis and leg ulcer. The vasculitis seems to be paraneoplastic as skin lesions regressed following multiple myeloma treatment.
