Summary:Tuberculosis (TB) is a major global public health concern. The extrapulmonary manifestations of TB can be misleading and challenging to diagnose. Gastrointestinal tract is not uncommon. Abdominal tuberculosis affects approximately 1 to 3% of all cases of tuberculosis and approximately 12% of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. It involves the ileo-colic region, but the involvement stomach and duodenum are rare sites. We present here an unusual case of gastric tuculosis revealed by ulcer perforation peritonitis.
