电信运营商能耗优化的大数据分析模型研究

针对电信运营商现网的实际情况,提出一种低成本可实施、基于大数据的能耗分析模型,帮助运营商在现有条件下,快速实现能耗分析管控,逐步建立精细化运营管理,为节能减排提供科学依据和决策,未来可发展到智能化的能耗管控。
