Summary:The study analyzed the factors influencing the satisfaction of domestic tourists participating in community-based tourism at Thieng Lieng Island Hamlet. Data were collected from 50 domestic tourists through questionnaire interviews. The data were processed to obtain average scores, maximum values, and minimum values. Tourists' satisfaction was measured using a model comprising: (1) Natural resources; (2) Infrastructure; (3) Tourist environment; (4) Service quality; (5) Residents' attitudes; (6) Service prices; (7) Cultural heritage. Based on the research findings, the authors proposed several managerial implications aimed at enhancing the satisfaction of domestic tourists at Thieng Lieng.
